Prestige Auto Glass , Technician Bryan did a great job on my windshield. Quick scheduling, fair price, and the install looks perfect. No leaks, no wind noise, no mess left behind. Super professional. Highly recommend.

I’m a very satisfied customer Prestige Auto Glass came to my job to replace my passenger window. On time, professional, vacuumed all the glass out of my car, and the new glass is perfect. Didn’t have to take time off work. This is how service should be.

A simple windshield change through Brian has cost me more than $1000 and my systems STILL do not work correctly. I came to Brian for a windshield replacement and asked upfront about recalibration for my front collision and lane departure systems. He assured me it wasn't needed. Within 24 hours of the replacement, both systems threw errors. When I followed up, he denied his work caused the issue. After pushing back, he sent me a recalibration contact who never responded. I ended up paying $500 out of pocket - recalibrated by both the dealer and an independent shop, and the systems still aren't working correctly. When I reached back out, he again deflected, and mentioned for the first time that my windshield warranty had expired - something he never disclosed. He offered to come take a look, then went silent and blocked my number. I'm now pursuing legal action and seeking a refund and replacement. If your vehicle has ADAS safety features, I'd strongly recommend going elsewhere and avoid Brian or anyone he does business since he does not stand behind his work or act in good faith. Save the trouble.

Had a crack on my windshield that expanded about 10 inches in the last couple of months so wanted to replace it before the temperatures get too cold. Bryan scheduled me in super quick and gave me a very reasonable price. This was my first time getting my windshield replaced but he was very patient and answered all my questions. It took under an hour for him to replace my windshield and he took time to clean up and wipe everything down after as well. I’m very satisfied with my service and would definitely recommend Bryan to anyone who needs glass replacement services!
